Yes, very impressed with his speech. Hopefully others will take his speech to heart. No matter who we supported in this election, we are all in this together and now we all need to stick together as a country and pull ourselves out of the mess we are in.
I thought McCain's concession speech was classy. Too bad his supporters came across looking so awful with all that booing. I thought the booing was incredibly offensive.

I agree with all points above. My husband and I were McCain voters...I truly feel that his speech was honorable and inspiring. I hope the people who are "scared" with Obama as president can realize we must come together as a nation like McCain stated, try to presuade when we can, and oppose when we must. I believe McCain is a truly honorable man and I think he's a hero in his own right, but I will NOT be one boo-ing and will not be with with a "Not My President" sticker on my car.
ONE NATION UNDER GOD.... and I'm so proud of the historical election for this country--the turn out, our ability to change so much in 43 years since the voting act in 1965.... God Bless America.
I liked the speech too. Took me back to the days when I respected him. In hindsight I can see what a campaign can do to someone. I'm glad he's taken the high road.
It was a fatastic speech! He was very sincere, well spoken and all around classy. It was the John MCCainI remember from his pre-presidential campaign days (the John McCain I liked.)
