any water birth mama's out there?

I had a water birth with my daughter and from the very beginning of her life this little kiddo has LOVED being in water. Bath time is her favorite time of day it seems. I was just wondering if any other mama's out there who had water births have babies that are just little fishies and love the water. Do you think it has anything to do with them being birthed in water or just a coincidence? Just a thought I had the other day and wondered what you all would have to say on the topic.

    DH and I always comment on this same thing.  Not sure if it's a coincidence, but I had a water birth and DD loves the water.  However, I'm sure lots of babies love their bath times even if they were born on dry land. 

    We're hoping to try DD out in the kiddie pool this weekend (unfortunately it will still be waaaaaaaaaaaay too chilly for a dip in the lake) and we'll see if this theory continues to hold water.  Pun intended.  Ha ha.

    My child was born via csection and loves the water - pool, ocean, bath - she loves it all. I highly doubt that type of birth impacts whether or not a baby likes water.

    I was going to do a water birth but when it came time to push I couldn't get in the right position in the tub and ended up getting out and basically squatting. Anyway, I'm sure it's just a coincidence, both of my daughters have always loved the water from the very beginning. It's a nice thought though :)
