The sun is out! The sun is out! It's amazing... of course I'm boarding on too hot already. lol
Monday: 30 minutes Wii Fit
Tuesday: Nothing but a 15 minute doggie walk, I pulled something in my calf/foot area
Today: See above... So far nothing, it's worse today. My little toes are killing me! Hopefully it will be better this afternoon so I can at least walk my dog for a little bit.
Thursday: Hopefully I will be all better and can get moving again!
Friday: Next Check in!

It's finally sunny here too! i'm sure by the time I leave work it will be raining though......
Monday: 30 walk - felt lightheaded and faint, so I stopped. Dr told me to just slow down a little but i wasn't really pushing myself
Tuesday: 90 mins prenatal yoga.
Wed: if it's still sunny out after work, i'm going for a walk!!
monday: workout video
tuesday: yoga video (I also picked up 2 more workout videos and 1 yoga video from the library, all free of course)
wednesday: Hoping to try one of the new workout videos but I'm really busy today so we'll see if that gets done:)
Every day: 2 dog walks

Tuesday: 25 minutes on the Elliptical
Wednesday: Plan is to either take a long walk if it's not raining or to do a workout video....
Monday: Nothing, worked late and met DH for dinner
Tuesday: 40 minute brisk walk ~2.5 miles
Wednesday: Plan is to take dogs for a walk, probably 20-30 min.
Monday-2km walk up and down my huge hill
Tuesday-Nothing
Wednesday-3km run or waddle as it now looks!
Hopefully it's nice out tomorrow so DS and I can go for a walk. I'm contemplating stopping running, but we'll see how I feel tomorrow. I'd like to keep up doing a 5km walk at least!
