in Pregnant after a Loss

Can I come over and (hopefully) stay for a good 9 months??  I just got a positive last night and went in for my first beta draw this morning.  I'm pretty nervous but trying to be positive!!  I'm looking forward to spending time with you ladies and getting to know more of you!!!

    Started TTC in 2/09. Dx with PCOS in 09/09. BFP on 11/7/09.
    Dx with Ectopic on 12/7/09. Laparoscopy, D&C, and lost my left tube on 12/08/09.
    01/11 = BFP!

    6/28/10: Lost our sweet baby Addyston at 18wk 1day to pPROM 7/24/11: Michael William born at 24wk 2d due to IC after an emergent cerclage at 18wks, 4wk home BR and 2 weeks hospital BR. Grow strong our little Miracle! 9/17/11: Michael joined his sister in heaven after 8 amazing weeks with us on earth. He fought a very hard fight but NEC was too much for him in the end.     It was!!!  The only reason I tested last night was b/c DH was supposed to go get another SA today.  We wanted to make sure before we went and paid $100 for an SA.  Pleasant surprise!! =] and way cheaper!!
