Seeking Nanny Share and Nanny Recommendations-Dallas

Hi there! I'm expecting my first child mid-January 2011 and am seeking another mom who is interested in doing a nanny share. I'm still learning about the different options with a nanny share. My understanding is there are a couple of ways of going about it; 1) the nanny watches both our children and we split the monthly cost; 2) the nanny cares for your child part of the week and my child for the other part.

I'll likely need child care beginning mid to end of March 2011 (depending on the date of the baby's arrival!). I live in the Lake Highlands area, so I'm looking for another mom located in Lake Highlands/East Dallas - Lakewood - Park Cities.
