I seem to get more lower back/belly pain that worries me but then I notice a belly growth spurt. I still check in with my doctor because I've got real health anxiety and often need the re-assurance that the discomfort is "normal". But I wonder if others get more pains and such and then notice the bump is bigger or such?
Re: Do others feel growth spurts?
About 4 weeks ago I went from not showing to being VERY pregnant looking. It really hurt my hips, I have been going to the chiropractor for it for awhile.
The best thing for me is to remember even though I am proud of my big belly, holding it in a bit helps my posture and my lower back.
Yes, I notice that right after I go through a 'super-hungry' phase/week, and/or have intense back/hip pain, my belly (and baby) are growing more! I noticed this more after I wasn't as hungry for a good week, I was like, what's wrong, why don't I want to eat everything and anything?! lol...must have been a growth spurt.

This, other than no back pain to speak of yet. more growing pains, I love it because I know my babies are growing!!
I usually feel way more tired and achey right before a growth spurt. The cycle goes something like really hungry (1-2 days), kinda tired (1 day), achey all over and just want to lay on the couch (1-2), BELLY!
Then I'm ok for another week.
PRECISELY THIS! And I also get really, really thirsty.
Me too! I didn't get satisfied yesterday until I ate some cheese at almost 9pm, so I think the peanut is growing and I think my belly will be bigger tomorrow
