Me eating seems to cause baby to get hiccups

I've noticed that more often than not baby gets hiccups shortly after I eat. Anyone else notice this correlation?

    Just about every day after lunch the same thing happens to me.

    he doesn't get hiccups a whole lot, but I do notice anytime I eat or drink ANYTHING he gets super wiggly in there!

    DS2 -3/23/13

    Missed MC D&C 8/26/14

    DD - 8/26/15

    Yes. My baby usually only gets them after I eat or drink something. Very seldom does she hiccup on her own. I love her hiccups :D

    Now that I say this... he has the hiccups.

    To this day I have not felt hiccups! Maybe it's all the extra fluid but I have no idea if eating causes our LO to get them since I can't feel them.

    My LO gets the hiccups ALL THE TIME!!! It seems to be when I'm eating, or if our dogs bark loudly and startle me/her. (I startle easily)

    I've noticed the very same thing.  Shortly after I eat she gets the hiccups that seem to last several minutes.  It doesn't matter if I eat a huge meal or a light snack, she hiccups either way!
