Went to yoga this morning, came home ate lunch, put her down for a nap and she has been sleeping for 2 hours! This is big for her. She is a non-sleeper. Now I just need to find a yoga class for everyday of the week.
Itsy Bitsy Yoga- a great book for doing yoga from newborn to toddler. Even tells you what poses are good for waking up, play, sleep etc. We do yoga everyday! LO's are naturals.
