I think the "what to expect" series has one for the first year, maybe toddler age too. I personally just go online to babycenter.com for a lot of the developmental info.
I have "The Baby Book" from Dr. Sears for an overall and a week-by-week developmental that I liked, but haven't picked up since somewhere around week 15. ?I use my developmental assessments to chart, but the book had lots of great info. ?I just couldn't find time to read, fell behind, and gave up.
I thought "What to Expect the First Year" helped me a lot. Babycenter.com is good too. My friend gave me Toddler 411..haven't opened it yet..but, am needing to soon though! :P
