recommend your steam mop

I never post on this board, but I have 3 month old twins and I am a SAHM.  I have a tile kitchen and bathrooms and linoleum hallways in my basement.  I am so sick of getting on my hands and knees scrubbing to get them cleaned and sanitized!  I have been doing some research on steam mops and was wondering if any of you have any recommendations.  If it was expensive, was it worth the money?  If there are any cheap ones out there that work? TIA!

Re: recommend your steam mop

  • I have a Haan and I really like it. I got it from Amazon in January and so far I've had no problems with it. I think it was around $80 or so? It works great on ceramic tile.

  • I go a shark on black Friday from wal-mart for $20, I think they ate $50 ( the basic model, the mop and two steam pads) I love love it. Or whole first floor is tile.

My life has a superb cast but I can't figure out the plot.
  • If you read the reviews on amazon, you'll see most of the steam mops don't get hot enough to actually sanitize. We got this one by Eureka and it is fantastic. It is really easy to use and does a great job. We have marble tile so had to be careful.

(Read the first review and you'll be convinced.)
