  I have one that I bought and it helps if I'm up and walking around a lot. I can't wear it around the house because when I sit down it gets too tight and I have to take it off. So the constant off on off on drives me crazy. Going shopping or out and about I wear it and it helps relieve pressure when I'm walking.

  Just got one a week or so ago. Definitely helps, also seems to help with that heavy-stomach feeling if you walk alot.

  I used one with my second pregnancy. I had a lot of hip problems and it really helped keep everything aligned.
