Got my first Bish....verdict still out

My first impression was great!  They seem super well made and the soaker looks nice and thick.  I washed it last night and put it OTB today.  I can't quite tell what it is yet, but the fit on DS isn't great.  Kind of reminds me of how monkey snuggles fit him.  I tried folding down the rise thinking that may help....he's just so skinny that even with the crossover tabs it gapes in the waist a bit.  Not giving up on it yet....but I'm bummed it's not a better fit.  :(

 On the other hand, I also got a Swddlebees Simplex AIO.  It fits him GREAT!  May be one of our trimmest, best fitting CD's yet!  I didn't even mind the side snaps.  Plus I love the owl print!

    That's not the first I've heard about the fit being meh.  Let us know how you end up liking it!  Not that I'd be able to snag one even if I wanted to...:)

    If your Bish doesn't work out, I'd be willing to buy it from you. 

    I have some Swaddlebees pockets and I love them -- so much better than BGs or pretty much any of my other pockets.  The owls are super-cute!

    that's how i feel about my mamamade ai2.  everyone (that  i know of) who has posted that they like them have normal to lean babies and it just doesn't fit my chunky monkey at all.  i've never tried a BB but if you decide you wann trade to trade for a mamamade give me a holler.  :p

    We used our first Bish today too! I loved it on DD, but she's a chunk a lunk for sure.

    MIne fits DD great, but she's 90% for both height and weight, so super chunky....

     

    I haven't tried the Simplex diapers yet, but I really love my Blueberry pockets.

    I will definitely keep you posted!  Our Mamamade fitted fit great and I have an AI2 OTW to try.

    I got my first Bish a few months ago and was very 'meh' about it. I would rarely use it because I had so many other WAHM diapers I loved. Once I gave it a chance though, it quickly became one of my favorites. It is SO TRIM compared to other WAHMs. I just got my second one in the mail yesterday and I love it. Not every dipe is for every baby though. If you don't love it, don't force yourself to :)
