+OPK but temp has yet to go up

on CD 25 I finally got my Smile on the OPK and my temp went up but after that my temp has been going down and down. I am now on CD 29 with my temp still going down... DId I ovulate? SHould I continue with the OPK daily?? I am so confused... Usually my cycles are between 33-35 days long and I Ov on days 21 or 23 but I have yet to see a temp spike except for the day I got my Smile... On previous cycles i have always gotten my temp spike... This was my 1st cycle trying the OPK. OPh I also took a HPT on CD 25 because I was taking a while to get the + OPK but I so happen to get a BFN and a + on the OPK.

    I'm not sure what is going on with your ticker but if you are KTFU you can't get pregnant again Stick out tongue

    do you have a link to your chart?  i'm a little confused without seeing a chart.  yes, it is possible to get a + OPK and not O.  so maybe you haven't O'd yet?

    bfp 1 - m/c 1.31.11 @ 10 weeks

    bfp 2 - baby born via c-section on 5.4.12 @ 37 weeks

    bfp 3 - blighted ovum/d&c on 4.13.13 @ 8 weeks

    bfp 4 - 3rd IUI, very late BFN with super low P, c/p

    bfp 5 - natural bfp while on lupron, baby born via RCS on 4.27.15 @ 39 weeks

    bfp 6 - surprise! baby born via RCS on 11.13.16 @ 38 weeks

    But thanks for the advise ladies! I will continue to use OPK until I see it match up with my BBT. I just feel so lost sometimes.

    thanks for the chart link!  that's helpful.  imo, you haven't O'd yet.  it's definitely possible to get a + OPK but not actually O (see my chart, it happened to me last month).  i would just continue to use OPK's and to keep BD every-other-day until you can confirm O.  are you monitoring your CM?  that would also help you to identify O.

    I didn't know about being able to get a +OPK and no O... Now I do :) Thanks! Looking at your chart is also helpful and makes me feel better. I was about to start worrying that I won't O this month. The waiting period sure does suck!
