1. What was your favorite band(s)? Fleetwood Mac, Janis Joplin, The Doors, etc... I was into classic rock mostly.

2. Did you have a car? If so, what kind? Yes. Chevy Celebrity.

3. Did you play any sports? no way. lol

4. What "crowd" did you "run with"? (I'm cracking myself up with all those ""s) umm, the alternate group. haha My friends were like the "stoners/theater kids" who were smart but not like "nerdy" persay.

8. What was your favorite memory from high school? Oh man... sooo soo many awesome memories! I honestly can't choose. We use to hang out at this little coffee shop and have the BEST times playing Othello, drinking coffee and taking walks by the river.... *sigh* the simple times!

1. What was your favorite band(s)? Blink 182 all. the. way.

2. Did you have a car? If so, what kind? I had an old Maxima, then my brother wrecked it and senior year I got an Xterra. I always had a car, though bc I had to cart my younger brothers around.

3. Did you play any sports? soccer and cheerleading.

4. What "crowd" did you "run with"? (I'm cracking myself up with all those ""s) I graduated in a class of 23 people (DH and I being 2 of the 23), so there weren't really cliques or labels.. just everybody. Though I guess I was the private school version of "punk rock", which in retrospect is actually "pop punk" but I wore the crap out of some band shirts and had like 9 pairs of chuck taylors.

6. Do you still talk to you high school BFF? yup. She lives about 20 minutes away but we talk daily on gchat and see each other once a week or so. We just did some SERIOUS yard sale-ing on Saturday! She also married my best guy friend (and one of Joe's close high school friends) so we do things together all the time.

7. Did you have a BF? Serious or no? Do you still talk to/see him? Yes and not serious (but lasted 3 years... does that even make sense?) and yes I still see him. He married an AWESOME girl who is now one of my closest friends. Our sons are 9 months apart and play together a lot.

8. What was your favorite memory from high school? I loved everything about high school. I think I loved dressing up for proms, but I also really liked my classes and all the weekend trips my friends and I would take. I would go back to high school in a skinny minute.

8. What was your favorite memory from high school? My spanish teacher making us smoothies during the last week of our senior year because it was hotter than Hades in her classroom. She figured if the blender was only half full she didn't need a lid. I missed my next class helping clean smoothie off the ceiling!

3. Did you play any sports? I rode horseback, not in relation to school, of course.

4. What "crowd" did you "run with"? (I'm cracking myself up with all those ""s) The orchestra/band nerds, who were of course all in the honors classes as well (funny how that works out, and yet they want to get rid of music programs... hmmm....)

5. Did you go to public school or private? Public

6. Do you still talk to you high school BFF? We're both bad at keeping in touch, but do so occasionally on FB. It is one of those friendships where it feels like no time has gone by, though!

7. Did you have a BF? Serious or no? Do you still talk to/see him? Boy friend? One. Not at all serious. He friended me on FB but other than having him listed in my friends, we have no contact.

8. What was your favorite memory from high school? Hmmm... from high school specifically? Probably hanging out in the orchestra room during lunch hours. Truly a rowdy bunch, we were. My fondest memories from that time are outside of the school - at my best friend's house, driving around town my parents' car with my friends, going to the bookstore with friends, etc.

2. Did you have a car? If so, what kind? Nope, I drove mom's minivan and drag raced a brandy new mustang in it. I won.

3. Did you play any sports? I was a cheerleader my senior year.

4. What "crowd" did you "run with"? (I'm cracking myself up with all those ""s) I hung out with my cheerleader friends, but we weren't the "it" crowd like on TV. No one liked the cheerleaders! I was also a bit of a brainiac, which made me more of a nerd than a "cool kid".

5. Did you go to public school or private? Public, but for the 1st three years I was really sick and had to home tutored.

6. Do you still talk to you high school BFF? We've actually been BFFs since 1st grade.

7. Did you have a BF? Serious or no? Do you still talk to/see him? Nope, but I had a ton of friends that were guys. We all sort of hung out in big groups and were each other's dates for dances and what not. I think I only had one friend with a serious BF.

8. What was your favorite memory from high school? We had this diner that we would go to after every sporting event and just about every weekend night. A lot of my high school memories center around that diner. My parents also owned a restaurant, so we hung out there a lot.

2. Did you have a car? If so, what kind? Yes, a Geo Storm..98 I believe. I totaled it.

4. What "crowd" did you "run with"? (I'm cracking myself up with all those ""s) I was friends with people in every "crowd" I was mostly around people from band, since we had so many concerts etc together.

7. Did you have a BF? Serious or no? Do you still talk to/see him? Yes. It was very serious. We were together for 6 years (3 of which were in highschool). We planned on getting married but we were going different ways in our lives. He would always say we were too young to get married, even though I was ready, and so many other things, that I broke up with him. I do not talk to him, but I still talk to his mom and sisters. I miss his family like crazy.

8. What was your favorite memory from high school? Soo many. I was involved with so many groups and such and I was always making things fun. I enjoyed going to disney with band every year. Man...I just can't choose one....

4. What "crowd" did you "run with"? (I'm cracking myself up with all those ""s) The choir/theater crowd. Mostly choir, though. Even within the theater crowd I still stuck with the choir people.

6. Do you still talk to you high school BFF? I didn't have a high school BFF. I had a BFF while I was in high school, but she was a friend from church. We still talk, she was my MOH, but she recently moved away and our lives have kinda gone separate ways.

7. Did you have a BF? Serious or no? Do you still talk to/see him? Nope. I had a handful of dates to dances (one prom date, one winter formal date, and a Valentine's dance date), but I didn't have my first BF til I was in college. And DH was my first (only) serious BF.

8. What was your favorite memory from high school? All things choir, but especially the Christmas season each year. I was in the top level performing group Sophomore-Senior year (and in the Show Choir as well for Junior & Senior year) and our Christmas season always involved 20+ performances, so it wasn't uncommon for me to show up to school in my choir dress (which I loved!) and skip out of class to perform at the State Capitol, nursing homes, etc.

2. Did you have a car? If so, what kind? 1997 Neon named Lucinda - I was one of those kids that got a car for her 16th birthday.

So we pretty much would have all been friends. Tom and Mark from Blink went to our rival high school so they were pretty much local legends. Saw Weezer and Blink at a New Year's Eve show in 2000. It was pretty awesome.

8. What was your favorite memory from high school? Senior year a few of us did an independent study together. We had a room all to ourselves for 2 periods, but also had passes to go off-site. We did all sorts of crazy things and had a ton of fun but still managed to get college credits out of it.

1. What was your favorite band(s)? I have always been weird when it comes to music. I really like Aerosmith back then. Totally not that popular at the time. I was also a MeatLoaf fan (still am).

2. Did you have a car? If so, what kind? Yep, a Plymouth Acclaim - huge 4 dr sedan that I inherited from my mom. I loved that car. It was a tank and I once fit 9 people into it (totally illegally).

3. Did you play any sports? I swam one year and got my JV letter but it interfered too much with drama so I didn't do it the following year.

4. What "crowd" did you "run with"? (I'm cracking myself up with all those ""s) That sort of hodgepodge losery group with all the gay kids, the drama geeks, the cast off Danzig fans and the valedictorian (who is also, now, gay).

6. Do you still talk to you high school BFF? Hellz Yes. I've been bff's with her since the 2nd grade when she moved into our district. We'll always be bff's. I talk to her all the time and until we moved, I saw her as much as I could. Her and her wife lived an hour north of us and have a son who's a month younger than Ariel. I wish we lived closer and now they're moving to Canada so it will be even harder to see her.

7. Did you have a BF? Serious or no? Do you still talk to/see him? Yes. One serious boyfriend through my last two years. We do not talk. I'm pretty sure he harbors bad feelings over our breakup a few months into my first year of college. We really should have broke up before I left and keeping it going was ridiculous. I saw him at a good friends wedding and him and his entire table (including his wife that he's happily married to and a few pseudo friends) completely snubbed me the whole night.

8. What was your favorite memory from high school? Hmmm there are so many. I'm not one to wistfully remember high school days but I definitely had a good time while I was in them. I'd probably have to say the night we toilet papered the stage manager of our most recent plays house. The cops showed up and my bff basically went over and convinced him to let us keep going and he said "have fun" and drove off. The victims parents said they've never seen such a great tp job ever and had a good laugh. I don't think there was one square inch of tree that didn't have toilet paper waving from it.

6. Do you still talk to you high school BFF? We are FB friends. We have led very different lives since HS and don't have much to talk about now.

7. Did you have a BF? Serious or no? Do you still talk to/see him? Yes. It was as serious as it could be in high school. We were together all 4 years. We broke up when I went to college. He still lives in my hometown, so if I see him when I am there we chat and we are FB friends.

8. What was your favorite memory from high school? My whole senior year was great. Winning the state softball championship my junior year was my favorite memory though!

2. Ford Festiva...yeah real cool right? But my dad bought it so I didn't complain, in fact I loved that stupid thing.

4. Hmmm, some of the time with the jocks (see #3), some with the geeks (I got straight As and was in AP classes) and some with the drama geeks (dated a drama geek for two years on and off)

7. Yes, two off an on and one serious starting my junior year. Nope, don't talk to any of them. The last (serious) one almost turned abusive and I got out before that...he was verbally abusive at that point and had a temper.

8. Watching baseball with my BFF, we watched the boys...ah, we loved baseball! I still think that guys look hawt in baseball uniforms, so I never complain if DH wants to go to a Mariners game

(I'm cracking myself up with all those ""s) The odd geeks, we had two different geek/nerd crowds, one that was VERY VRY nto school and all the typical nerd stuff..and us, we were intelligent as well but much more on the geek side with our obsession over anime, magic cards, and comics. We dressed up weird and went to cons and such!

8. What was your favorite memory from high school?I think band camp/band bus in marching season. I was in color guard and it was a blast. And FNM (friday night magic cards) was always an adventure!

1. What was your favorite band(s)? Savage Garden

2. Did you have a car? If so, what kind? My Jr. year I had a '96 Accord Coupe. I was in love with that car. I paid every single monthly payment for it... I was in an accident over the summer and it was totalled, so I got a '95 Accord Sedan. I hated it. It was ugly... and since I didn't pick it out, I didn't pay a dime for it.

3. Did you play any sports? Nope.

4. What "crowd" did you "run with"? I didn't. I didn't really have very many real friends. The friendships I did have were very short-lived. The closest friends over all were the guys I worked at the movie theatre with or at the ice cream shop with (depending on WHEN you're asking about)

5. Did you go to public school or private? Public.

6. Do you still talk to you high school BFF? No. We had a falling out not long after she got married. I was extremely hurt that in the 4 years I lived in Valdosta (at the time) she hadn't even TRIED to come visit me a single time... and she rarely initiated contact with me at all... AND she told me I was going to be her MOH and then changed her mind and never really told me...)

7. Did you have a BF? Serious or no? Do you still talk to/see him? The only BF I had in HS was just for a couple of months. We keep in touch on FB a little. I was an idiot when I broke up with him and then one of my friend started dating him not long after and it really hurt my feelings so I didn't talk to either of them for a long, long time. They're married now.

8. What was your favorite memory from high school? After the homecoming dance senior year the group of friends I went with (including boyfriend listed above, though we weren't going out yet- I only asked him to the dance as my friend), we went all went to the city park and sat around on the playground equipment like we were 8 instead of 17 and 18. A huge chunk of the group had an adventure in the woods there and scared the crap out of the rest of us by having some guys in a car (that they found back in the woods) chase them out of the woods. It's a much longer story than that... but I won't bore you with the rest. I used to love telling it though!
