I keep getting a clogged duct

I posted a few months ago that I thought I had a clogged duct.  Well, I did.  Now I'm on to about my 3rd or 4th within a couple of months.  I forgot how bad these hurt!  Anyone else getting them?

    I didn't get one until after my milk came in. I'm suprised you have one now. I'm sorry I know those hurt.

    I had it twice already. I actually pumped for a few minutes both times. Though nothing came out...it seemed to "unclog" it. I guess it got something moving.
