your weekend. What did you do?

I worked all weekend. Today is my Friday. We had our company picnic yesterday and had some great food and I won a $25 gift card. Saturday night we went out with a couple of friends to a resturant (it had a kids menu so I took Hudson too Stick out tongue ) and then did our grocery shopping. DH made some great cake batter cookies for the picnic.

Other than that - pretty boring because I was working most of the time.

Tomorrow, I am going to get my house super clean and Wednesday I am keeping Hudson home from Daycare, going to another work function (a nice lunch) and taking Hudson to the zoo to meet up with his little Toddler friend.

DH gave DS a haircut and I hate it. So I spent my weekend sulking about it.

Saturday we drove home from MD. Yesterday, I looked at my house and cried because all of my mother's stuff is here and I was overwhelmed.

We went to my nephew's birthday party then we came home and took naps. We still need to catch up on our sleep.

saturday i cleaned and took dd for a walk in her new wagon. then i went out for a girls night with some friends. yest i got to sleep in then i ran some errands. it was a pretty boring weekend. today is my bday and dh forgot until he got to work, ha. but my friend brought me a bday coffee and donut to work so that was nice.

its the radio flyer pathfinder. definitely a thumbs up. dd loves riding around in it and fusses when i take her out.

Saturday night DH played a gig , and THANK god i turned out. and sunday it was a lazy day that the baby didnt sleep YAY. which sucked cuz i could have totally napped yesterday.

Saturday morning my mom and I went to Downtown Disney to walk around and shop. I discovered they one of those play area's for kids that shoots water up out of the ground and I decided to let Jayden play in it since I had a spare set of clothes for him. He LOVED it. So we ended up going back yesterday so he could play some more. We also took pictures of him yesterday for his birthday invitations (I really need to get those out). It was a nice weekend but I never got a chance to relax and I'm regretting it today.

Went to a baby shower and then nothing. I loved it all. My friend's sister works for Allure magazine in NYC so she always gets awesome freebies and they had kick a$$ attendance prizes. One girl got an Armani handbag. I got a Juicy Couture laptop bag. There was also a "beauty bar" where we got to fill bags with all sorts of mini beauty products. I'm thankful I never had a shower and will never have one, b/c nothing could really top it.

I don't think I will ever go to that Fab of a shower. Sounds like something that would be on a reality TV show!

Trust me, this is not the norm in my life. My friend's sister just gets a lot of cool perks with her job!
