Dh left around eleven this morning, and should be home any minute now. Usually we eat diner around six, but since he has been helping his old friend move to a new place, we pushed it back a bit. He should be home any second now and I have dinner about done, and dessert in the oven. :]
He better not expect this often, as I am BEAT!

Ugh! He just texted and said he will be home in about a half hour. So much for perfect timing. Grr.
I learned a long time ago to never plan dinner to be done when I *think* he'll be home. He's never home at the right time...
But give him hell... tell him all about your timing!
I am going to learn that quickly!
He used to work at the mall, and got off work at 8pm each shift. I knew that it took him 20 min from the time he left work, to drive and be home. He knew he would be in BIG TROUBLE if he was not home for dinner. Since, I had it planned perfectly.
This time though, he is not driving, so I guess I can forgive him.
But I am still waiting. And I am hungry!
I would eat without him, if I were you. I love my H, but when I was pregnant (and even sometimes now), if I'm really hungry, I eat if I've waited a while. I can always join him while he eats dinner - I just have my dessert then!
