So much for writing thank you's

Just sat down and thought I'd try to write out some thank you notes tonight for the baby shower I had last weekend. I was going to start with my DH's grandma and the gorgeous handmade items she gave us. Bad idea, I am still so speechless over the things the almost 90 year old woman with horribly arthritic hands made, I started bawling and can't stop. Thought I'd write hers last then, but I'm still so overwhelmed by everyone else's gifts too, I just couldn't do it. My gawd these hormones are out of control!!!!

    Awe, that's so sweet. Try again in a few days, or during a tv sitcom. Then maybe you can get through them without getting so torn up.
