Love the colors, and the dark wood is gorgeous! Maybe it's just the pics, but it looks a little cramped. Do you need that couch in there?
I think its fine! She wants to be close to baby for late night feeding possibly? I'm sure that there is a reason the futon is in there.
Mine's alittle tight too. I like the idea of a soft comfy seat in there. That would make feeding more enjoyable lol. That fabric on the rocker is great.

I really like the changing tables like that. Our last one was the cheapo, can only be used as a changing table, table. How does the pad stay on these? When you take it off later to use it as something else can you tell it used to be a CT?

It looks like it is a regular dresser with a separate pad on top. The pads like that come with straps that you bolt onto the back of the dresser. Removable when you're done with the pad.
