  My Mamaw is buying my carseat for DH's car for our shower. So she asked me to go pick it out and buy it and she'll just give me the money. Well, today I went to toys r us (they have a baby section) and went to get the Alpha Omega carseat that DH wanted...and I spied the Britax with a clearance sticker on it! It was originally $290, and marked down to $159...then it had an " Take an additional 25% off the clearance price" sticker on it!

  So my baby boy is riding in style in his new Britax carseat LOL...

  Any other good deals out there?

  Which one did you get?  The Roundabout is my favorite.  Marathon and Boulevard are not good...too big!

  We got the marathon...That was the only one on sale LOL...and it works. DH has a truck so it'll be good to go...we tested it out today!

  We have the Marathon and I LOVE how it is built. They just released the CS model, so the non-CS was probably the one on clearance. From what I've read, the difference is totally negligible. The funny thing is that I actually got the Marathon because it is suppose to be the best convertible for longer rear facing in small cars. Sure, it's big but it is well proportioned for its capacity.
