High BP, maybe baby next week

My BP was up at my appointment today. :( I should have known, my feet were out of control swollen today.  Good news, no protein in my urine.  I am 30% effaced and a fingertip dilated.  Dr. has put me on bed rest, no more running around, just stay at the house and rest and drink lots of fluids. 

He wants to see me again Tuesday instead of in a week.  And I am to check my BP everyday.  So it could be next week.  Ah, can't believe it.  


His three plus my one; we are all excited to welcome a little one!

    Bummer about the blood pressure issues! Bed rest and limiting your salt could help a little bit. Will he also have you do a NST?

    Yes they will do an NST next wekk if its still high.

    I'm going through the same thing.  It was higher today (160/80), so I had to go to L&D for all sorts of tests, which all came back fine.  My BP went down at L&D, but if it hadn't, the OB would have just done my RCS today.  I'm now doing a 24 hr urine and I have to go back to the OB on Tuesday instead of in a week.
