Can I just bounce on the edge of my bed? Dumb question, but I'm really curious. I know I wont be able to roll my hips or anything, but will just the bouncing help things along? TIA

Personally, I think the bouncing is helping me out a ton!! At my appointment yesterday I was 50% effaced and 2cm dilated. I give all the credit to bouncing! Lol.
I would try to get one. When I was having contactions I used it and rolled my hips and got up from the ball and my water broke! Then I headed to the hospital.
