  I think my 5 week old is going through a growth spurt. She is BF so I'm not sure the ounces but she nursed pretty much nonstop 5pm-11pm last night AND took a 4 ounce pumped bottle before passing out for the night.

  She eats 5 ounces every 3.5-4 hours during the day. At night she has been sleeping 5.5-6 hours.

  DD was eating 4-5 at a time (about 4-5 weeks old), but has gone back to 3-4 at each.  The timing of the feedings are the same - so I suspect it was a growth spurt.  They're always growing!!

  ava eats 4 oz every 3 to 4 hours. she was 8 lbs 13 oz (3 wks early) and weighed 10 lbs 9 oz at her one month appt. she sleeps 4-5 hours at night.
