Adding a picture to my siggy

Okay, ladies, I know folks are probably tired of this question being asked. But, here goes again. I would like to add a photo to my siggy. I found a discussion a few days back with the following instructions:

Click on your avatar:

Click on Edit My Avatar and Sig, at the top:

Scroll down to the bottom and add your codes:

My question is, what is the code for a photo? I have uploaded a photo into my profile, but don't know how to get that link to add to the siggy. Or is the link directly from my computer? TIA!

upload your photo to photobucket or snapfish (or similar site). It will give you a URL for the photo (choose the one that says "direct link" or something like that). Then use this code, putting the URL it gives you in:

Nope. There is one of those little squares with a red x in the middle. Of course, I can't always see pictures in others here at work. I will play with it at home.
