So DH had his "oh sh!t" moment last night!

We went out last night and DH and his cousin were having a few beers and just hanging out, when someone asked how long I had left. I responded that I will be full term three weeks from Teusday and DH stopped midscentence dropped his beer and looked at me like I had 3 heads! lol I don't know what he was thinking honestly- but later on when we got home he was just like "I'm gonna be a daddy soon aren't I?" I said "Yes, babe, you will. Are you okay?" He said "Of course!!"

--I'm not so sure I believe him!

I think the reality of the situation has hit my husband too. He's been talking non stop about baby and he keeps telling me how excited he is. I think its so cute. I'm glad he's this excited. I don't like it when men are too manly to admit they're excited about their baby.

haha that's about how I am when I sit and think about it. I always think..OMG, I'm gonna be a mommy again! haha. SO hasn't really said much. I don't think it will hit him until we are at home and changing diapers at 3 in the morning.

Less than 2 weeks for us, but ya, I think I'm the one in denial about it!! It seems like we should have so much more time than we really do to get everything ready!

We don't have that much left to do, but it's just crazy how much our lives are going to change

When I told my Hubby that we're coming down on 1 month... he didn't seem too shocked, when I said, you know... 30 days. Then it hit him... he's been even more amazing ever since. Rubbing my back, getting me extra pillows, it's so adorable.

He's so excited, he talks to her more, even kisses her good night. Its so sweet.

Lol- too funny! Last night my DH was talking about how much longer we have, and how soon Liam will be here- more so then normal. I was pretty surprised at the amount of times he brought it up.

I was talking to DH last night and reminding him that DD came at 38 weeks all by herself. If this baby is anything liker her, we could be parents x2 in just 3 short weeks. I think that gave us both a heart attack Stick out tongue

At our doc appt last week we found out there's a possibility that we may be scheduling a c-section around 38 weeks. That was a bit of a reality check for DH. Then yesterday I reminded him that I'll be full term in just 4 weeks and we might have a baby in our arms in 5 weeks! I said, "We better enjoy these last few weeks together cuz it'll be the last time it's just the 2 of us for a really really long time. So you better hurry up and ask me out on a date and take me to dinner and movie or something!" He agreed that would be a great idea and last night he put in a movie for us and told me he planned to give me a shoulder rub and that he also planned to do a lot more of the in-house chores so that I didn't feel so over-worked. I hope he follows through!!
