I feel the baby move throughout the day. Some days she kicks like crazy, other days (when I'm busy) it's less noticable. Overall, she's moving and kicking.
Is this good enough, or do I need to more obsessively count kicks?
Thanks!

I was a finatic with my first pg. I counted several times a day. This time around I do it every day but I really only do an exact count if I I haven't felt the baby move much for the day for whatever reason.
I hope that makes sense. Sleep deprivation is getting to me lol

I say unless you're feeling a real decrease in movement and your OB didn't advise you to do this, counting kicks is not necessary. I would think it would drive one pregnant lady crazy.
I don't specifically count... I just notice if she's moving before I go to bed since that's when she's most active. If I didn't feel her move at all during the day... that's when I'd get worried and talk to the doc.
