    We're going to attempt homemade chicken quesadillas.  We don't have a fancy quesadilla maker or anything but I'm thinking they'll still be good.

    Homemade salsa, homemade guac, jalapenos, the works.... :)

    have to eat out, we have not been able to do some major food shopping in 2 weeks due to everyone getting the stomach bug!  This is the last meal out, before we start cooking agian tomorrow!
