Does anyone here use an ab machine at home, like the Ab Glider or the Ab Circle Pro? I'm looking for something that I can use while DD sleeps and wondered if buying one of these was worth the money.
The only ab thing that has ever worked for me is the ab wheel. This would definitely allow you do to ab stuff while DD sleeps. Also, depending on living conditions being able to do simple crunches and "100s" (from pilates) would really work the muscles and not require any special equipment. There are also lots of really good exercises -- star jumps, lunges, push-ups, etc -- that can help tone all sorts of muscles and give you a great ab workout at the same time.
I might actually try an ab wheel, I just watched a youtube video and it seems easy enough. I already do an program at home but was looking to step it up a little. Thanks.
