Any LOs down to one nap?

How did you know they were ready and what time do you put them down?

DD naps at 10 and 2 but really fights the 2nd so I'm wondering if we should try one?

    I usually just follow her cues and she went down to 1 nap a couple weeks ago. If she's not ready, she will NOT nap. Today however I can see that we're going to have 2. She was up early and I think she must have not slept well because she's been rubbing her eyes and acting cranky since she got up.

    Oh, I forgot to say what time she naps. If she has 1 nap its usually about 4-6 hours after she wakes up, lasting about 1 hour. If she has 2 naps it's around 3 hours after waking lasting 1/2 hour, then another one probably 5 hours after that? It varies.
