I'm having a hard time eating properly when nothing sounds good. I don't exactly have full blown MS, but I feel nauseous when thinking about most foods. All I want to eat is pasta or fruit. Nothing sounds good. Any good suggestions?
Eat what you can... m/s will go away in a while and you can eat healthy then. Have you tried smoothies or the V8 Fruit juice with veggies? With my DD I had to drink the V8 fruit juice because I had food aversions to pretty much everything. My DH would make me something to eat and I would just cry at the table because I couldn't force anything down. It was awful. If pasta and fruit sounds good, eat it! That is better than nothing!
I have been feeling this way for over a week now. I am fine once I eat, but the thought of putting food in my mouth makes me sick. I try bland foods.

I have experienced pretty bad "morning/all day sickness" since I was six weeks. I have days where I can't seem to keep anything down. I am just now finding some things that seem to work for me and I am constantly having to change them. But as of late, baked potatoes from Chickfila seem to hit the spot for a quick lunch break. In fact, I am indulging right now. Fruit seems to be a good thing too. Oh and banana popsicles. Hope that helps!
Yeah, I've been living on mac 'n cheese and cheerios. I've felt pretty bad about not eating right...but it was all I could tolerate. Better than nothing, I suppose. I'll have just have to go back to eating healthy when the aversions go away (hopefully that will be soon!!!!)
I don't really have advice, but I just wanted to say that I'm in the same boat! I agree with PP about eating what you can even if it isn't the most healthy.

I'm with you! I have to sit and really really THINK about what WON'T make me gag before I have a meal.
Right now Golden Grahams seem to be the only thing I can stand. Dry....but still some flavor. Fortune cookies have been good to me too!
They say to eat bland foods...that hasn't really worked so far. Toast oddly was a nightmare.
I've been HORRIBLY sick. Most things I eat revisit. Oddly enough the fast food seems to stay down though...
