What Was Your Other Baby Name?
If you had both a boy and girl name picked out before you knew the gender of your LO, what was the name you didn't use? Will you use that name for a future LO?
Our girl name was Sarah Alicia. We still plan to use it if we have a girl next time.

Boys names were William James and Malcolm Richard.
ETA - We're not having any more kids, so these will be our next cat's names.

We were Team Green. Our girl name was Lyla Murphy (family last name).
I actually don't think we'll use it if we have another baby and she is a girl. I'm not sure why but I kind of feel like that baby was Lyla or no baby will be.
I have no other boys' names.
Our girl names were Stella and Lena.

We still will use it if our next one is a girl. Though we need to come up with a boy name just in case. We briefly discussed one night several months ago, but never came to agreement on anything. The name being tossed around was Logan Oliver.
Our other girl name was Florence, we didn't have a middle name picked out and our boy name was Alex Micheal.
If we would have had a boy, his name would have been Noah Anthony. Anthony was in memory of my dad.
We also had another girl name in mind; Adrianna Marie, but H didn't like Marie too much and we couldn't agree with on another middle name so we just went with our other girl choice.
ETA: If we do have a boy in the future, we might change our minds because now we know someone else that used the name Noah for their son and we don't want to look like copy-cats.
I think Hazel was our girl name. Although I kind of felt all along that it was a boy so we didn't have any serious girl discussions.
I do think if we have a girl next, we will go with Hazel.

We had two girl names picked out: Mara Frances or Jane Elizabeth. We named her after we saw her.
The boy name we had was Neal Thomas.
How did decide when you had two names which baby would be which name? I have always wondered this with same sex twins.
I'm all out of boy names.
Girl names are Olivia Jane and Claire Renee.
Probably will never be used though.
She definitely looks like a Jane!

This is how we feel about Oliver, we won't use it if we have a boy next time.

The girl name we had picked was Katherine Grace. We are not having any more so we will not be using that name, but if we had another girl, that would be her name.
Ours was Michael Joseph.
We've since changed it since picking our 2nd girl name in case we have another girl.
Aw, D's middle name is Nicholas. It's a family name. Love it.

Cooper was one of the maybes for Max.
Molly and Lily were up there for girl names.
Our girl name was Elisabeth Jane (Elisabeth after my mom Lisa and grandmother Betty, who was named after her mother Albie Elizabeth) and Jane after my DH's mom, but DH's 2nd cousin who we are close to named her daughter Elizabeth D F (yes 2 middle names) G (last name) so it's off the table.
We're also one and done, and as someone who grew up with 2 female dogs in one household, we're going to be getting a male dog.
It's funnier to think of names DH would have wanted to name our DS if I had let him: Abraham (NN Bram), Barnabas (NN Barney--but I convinced him to save that for our dog), Duke, and Jeremiah (NN Jerry--no way in heck is that name going to be attached to a son of my loins).
Boy names: Liam (as a first name), Jude, August/Augustus, Everett, Jason and Joshua.
Girl names: Ellie/Ella, Sophia, and Lillian. As you can see, we had a lot of trouble with girl names.

Our boy name was Lucas (Luke) Robert, but halfway through the pregnancy I wanted to change it do DH's name with a nickname of Jack. (Robert is a family name on both sides).
We actually had a second girl's name picked out that we kept going back and forth on and that was Catherine (Cate).
