DS is still having small quantities of blood in his diapers, so until we can meet with the allergist (not until the 23rd, ugh) the pedi would like me to go soy free (I've already been dairy free for 2 weeks). I'm just straight up having trouble thinking of things to fix for dinner. We had lentil soup for dinner last night, and everything else I can think of is a soup. Does anyone know of any resources for recipes that are dairy and soy free? There are no other real restrictions.
Thanks!
Re: xp - dairy/soy free, cooking resources?
Some ideas: Pasta (just hold the cheese), hamburgers and sweet potato fries, grilled or roast chicken and veggies, grilled fish and veggies, Thai or Indian curries with coconut milk.
DD1: allergic to eggs & dairy

DD2: milk and soy protein intolerant, allergic to eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, bananas

www.livingwithout.com has some sections on dealing with both of these things. They also have recipes and substitutions available.
To truly do soy free you will probably have to make everything from scratch because soy is in everything. A lot of stuff has soy protein added as well since it can increase protein content of stuff, so be really careful.
