Thei website has caffeine amounts for almost everything else but this. I have already had coffee this morning (not starbucks), so wasn't sure if I was overdoing it for the day!

Iced teas have a higher amount of tea (and therefore caffeine if a caffeinated tea) than a regular cup of hot tea. I might want to skip it today or get a decaffeinated herbal subsitute.
When going for herbal, remember to avoid chamomile, hibiscus, ginkgo, lemongrass, nutmeg, and lavender.
Sorry - I'm about to geek out for a minute (ex Barista Supe. I would kill to have that job again).
The website lists tea lattes, which are tea steeped in a half cup of water then filled with steamed milk. That number depends on whether or not the tea bag is left to steep or if it is pulled after 3-5 minutes. Usually it is left to steep, so it should be pretty accurate.
Are you drinking the iced Awake tea or a cup of hot tea? Black tea will be ::about:: tall- 75 mg, grande- 1005 mg, venti- 125+ mg. An iced venti drink is actually 24 ounces, not 20, so there will be a little more caffeine than in a hot venti.
If you are drinking it hot ask the barista to steep the bag for 5-10 seconds, then discard the water and refill. It will take care of almost all the caffeine, leaving maybe 10 mg or so with the benefit of getting the black tea taste you love.
OR! Super pain in the ass, but you get your iced tea w/o caffeine: Ask the barista to do the steep and dump, then brew the tea in half the amount of hot water you would like for your iced drink (example, for a 16 oz grande ask them to steep it in 8 oz of water). After it has steeped for 3-5 minutes they can pour the hot tea over a 16 oz cold cup filled with ice. The amounts will even out perfectly and you will have a decaf iced grande awake tea. Add sugar/syrups as you please from there. Yum!
Thanks ladies. I hate hot tea and it would just be an iced tea. I went with the vanilla bean frap which has no caffeine. Perhaps I will get an iced tea tomorrow.

Ginkgo in particular is known for causing birth defects in rats, even in small doses.
I love tea, so I have spent a lot of time doing the research.

I thought Chamomile was ok? In the second sentence of the link you listed it's mentioned as perfectly safe.
