Which carrier are you gonna use right away?

I'm wondering which one to get since it'll be so friggin' hot when LO first arrives. What are people planning on using right away?

    I'm hoping it's a good one, I really have no idea! Tongue Tied But it was highly recommended....

    I heard good things about the ring sling....I dunno. Still need to research.

    We got a baby Bjorn off craigslist for DH.  And then i'm also planning on getting a moby from etsy:  https://www.etsy.com/listing/58676964/organic-cotton-baby-wrap-roundabout-one

    Ring Sling by Maya Wrap.

    I attended a little workshop at a Pregnancy Expo where you could try every sling carrier on the market and for many reasons, i chose the Ring Sling.

     I can't wait to use it!

    My Moby wrap. DS2 was born in July too and I found using the hug hold with his bare feet out of the wrap kept him from overheating.

    Love my Moby wrap.  If you are from somewhere super hot and worried about that you can spring for a bamboo one.  They are cooler, but more pricey.  I snagged a used one for a great price and couldn't resist even though that makes three Mobys!

    I have a Mei Tai and a woven wrap. Both can be used from birth up and I haven't heard bad things about them, like I have others.

    Ergo Sport, with the infant insert.  I'll have to be careful about LOs getting overheated since the insert is padded, but it gets cool here at night in the desert, which is when we'll likely be out.

    i really want an ergo.  I wont be using it right away. Ill probably use the maya if i can figure out how (i got a hand me down) or the seven slings slign for august, sept, and nov.

    I got the Ergo Sport with infant insert and will probably start baby wearing a few weeks after birth, maybe sooner.

    I have a moby, but found that with dd (even though she was born in november) it felt way too hot for me. I still need to pick up a ring sling. I have an ergo for later.

    The baby KTan Breeze i think is the name.  Its meshy.  We also got the Ergo sport, but will wait to use that until LO is big enough to use it without the infant insert (not getting an insert).

    I'll be using a Moby and a sling.  On cooler days I'll also use our BECO with infant insert.

    Registered for a Moby which I plan to purchase if we don't receive at a baby shower.  Also have the Ergo Sport & plan to buy an infant insert as living in So Cal most places have AC so not super worried re: the heating up factor...planning on using it for errands while H is at work & also at night for walks mainly at first...

    I have a Moby, but wasn't really sucessful at using it with DD1.  I just purchased a Beco Butterfly, which I'm really excited about!

    Hated my Moby with DS- not even going to try with #2.

    Likely going to use my Serena & Lily sling or Ergo w/ insert.

    I'm also considering checking out the Becco once the baby comes- I think it is best to try on carriers with the baby in them (and no more bump).

    BFF gave me her Moby, but it makes me a little nervous.  I have a hard time wearing wrap dresses, how am I going to keep a baby on?  But I am going to give it a try. 

    She also gave us her Ergo, so we will use that when he gets a little older.
