My new favorite breakfast...

It meets the requirements of the "Diabetic Teaching Diet" that my dr recommended, keeps me full and is so good!

  • 1 6 oz container Chobani 0% yogurt- fruit flavored
  • 2 slices cinnamon-raisin swirl bread with 1 tsp light butter & 1/2 Tbsp peanut butter
