I brought my lunch to work: hummus, cucumbers, carrots, pita bread and an apple and string cheese. I don't want to eat it. I want McDonald's! How terrible is that?!?! I know I should eat the healthy option but it's going to be a struggle...
I have the same problem...I have a lean cuisine meal while my coworker just ordered a cheesburger and fries from this place that are really good! I'm going to try and tough it out though.

Coming from someone who had McDonald's for dinner and now Panera for lunch, yeah, I'm going to be struggling too. Sadly I ate the lunch I brought from home first before my bosses brought me some Panera.
I'm pretty much eating whatever sounds good, because I am less likely to puke that way. Unfortunately that means it hasn't been super balanced and healthy, but the dr. said that was fine during m/s.
I've totally skipped out on my fruits & veggies to hit the Wendy's drive thru. I have days where I'm really good, then days I eat a bunch of junk. Luckily the m/s hasn't hit but raw onions are a big turn off right now.
