DS has been sleeping in his crib for the past two weeks now and just recently I noticed when going in to feed him he's perpendicular to the position he was when I put him down. WTF? It scares me a little- I know it's bound to happen, I get it, but part of me is wondering if I'm sleeping through some cries b/c he's really moving. Anyone else notice this with their LO? He's swaddled at night (arms free) so it concerns me a bit more in the event that the blanket loosens- perhaps it's my que to stop the swaddle.
Re: crib olympics
Ok so if I am looking at the crib like it is a clock this is how LO's night goes:
I put her to bed, with her head facing 9 o'clock between 8:30-9:30
I go in to check on her before I go to bed between 10 and 10:30, and her head is facing the 6 o'clock position
I go in to get her for her 3:30 AM feeding and her head is facing 12:00.
She definitely just moves in her sleep because there is no crying between the time I put her to sleep and the time I go to sleep for sure.
It really doesn't worry me because she has been doing it for weeks now, but I have had to turn off the breathing monitor for the angelcare because she shimmy's off the pad and I get false alarms.
