LO is going to be huge!!

Had a doctor's appointment yesterday.  My doctor does a quick ultrasound every other visit.  And when I say quick, I mean like 1-2 minutes tops.  It's hard to even tell what anything is when the baby is this big anyways, he was like there's the stomach and I was like "sure". Stick out tongue  Anyways, baby looked great and is already measuring to be 4 lbs 5 ozs!!!!!! I'm growing a giant! The doctor said this was only about a week ahead of where I should be.  He said it wouldn't affect the due date, just means bigger baby.  Oh yeah, and as of right now the baby is breech.  Does anyone know when the baby will turn the right way?  He didn't seem too concerned about it, but I'm guessing we will definitely be checked again to make sure our little man has turned.

IUI #3 May 2010-BFN, IUI #4 June 2010-BFN

IVF #1 October 2010-2 embryos transferred on Day 3-BFP!!!

    I don't remember exactly when DD turned, but I know it was really close to the end of my pregnancy. The doctors were starting to talk about having to do an external version and it definitely freaked me out. Luckily she turned before we had to discuss this any further.  I hope your little one turns soon.

    I had my growth u/s yesterday and my dr said that my baby was head down but that can change up until 36 weeks. My baby was measuring ahead too and they moved my due date a week closer. Im so happy because ive only gained 3 pounds and I thought she was going to be too small.

    4lbs! What a healthy baby you will have :)

    My baby is transverse, well was at least who knows now, and the doctor didn't seem worried at all, she said they can flip and flop for a little while still.

    They can definitely turn later on.  I don't think DS turned til around the last few weeks, if memory serves.  I remember they said he was breach, but he might turn and sure enough he did.

    I had u/s on Wednesday and our LO was measuring ahead too....3lbs 14oz aprox.  I was only 30wk2days..I guess our baby is going to be bigger also.  I havent spoke to my OB yet to see if my due date will be moved up, but my orig due date was 7/11 and u/s measures me at 6/30! EEEEk!!!!

    Awwww your baby will be so cute! All I know is what the other ladies have mentioned. Your baby can turn at anytime once your due date gets closer. My baby is already head down and weighs 3lbs. I dont know about your dr, but my OB said that if I am so uncomfortable at 39 weeks they would be willing to induce me if I would like. I doubt I will do that..whats one more week.

    They start to get concerned if baby is still breech after 36 weeks
