Anyone have names picked out yet?

We will be Team Green until delivery but do have some names picked out!. We agree on James for a boy and we're still in discussions for a girl. James is DH's middle name and the name of both his grandfathers.

1. We have short lists but will continue to add to the lists as we think more about names.
2. We will find out the baby's sex at birth.
3. I am not ready to share our name ideas - I think I have a friends who lurks and we are not telling people we know our choices.

We are pretty close - got some front runners for sure. Seems there are very few names that we both love, maybe that makes it easier? We see seem to really love the same things. Feel like i need ot sit w/ a name for a while and then see how i like it.
Yes we'll definately find out the sex - I can't wait that long. although the nursery is going to be woodland and very nuetral greens and browns. painted the room that way when we moved in.
We have friends due in Nov and Dec, unlikely we will share names

3. What are your favorite names and why? (If you feel like sharing). Our favorite girl name is Audrey - it's my Grandma's name. We have some other possibilities. As for boy names, we don't have as many ideas. I like Lucas because that is my maiden name.

3. What are your favorite names and why? For a a girl I'm more sure about a name - Brooke. We seem to be able to agree on that one. No reason really. I like it. I like names that are unique in that there won't be 5 of them in the child's class, but not so unique that no one knows how to spell it! For a boy, I'm leaning towards Lukas (Luke), but I'm not sure yet about that one. I like strong boy names. My approach to baby naming is that I'm naming an adult, I want a name that will not sound silly or cutesy on an adult.

John Alexander & Megan/Kathryn/Emily/ or Taylor Elizabeth. John and Elizabeth are family names.

Alexander! I told my DH this name MONTHS ago when I got my 2nd bfp. He was like "eh... its ok".
He walks in the door the other day and says "I have a name I like but I'm afraid you won't like it". I asked him which name and he says: "Alexander."
REALLY?!?!?! lol he forgot that quickly!!! I was ROFLing!!!

3. What are your favorite names and why? (If you feel like sharing). I like the name David. I'm not sure why. But it's my Dad's middle name and we're not on good terms, so I probably won't use it. I like Olivia for a girl, but have a friend with a little Olivia, so I won't use that one either:P

Yes, we have a couple of them.

Nope! We're going to be suprised!
3. What are your favorite names and why? (If you feel like sharing).
Boy: Evan (My dad's middle name and I've alwayyyyys wanted it if I have a boy)
Girl: Aubrey (DH suggested this one...not sure why, but I'm on board with it)
1. Do you have names picked out? Not yet. We are thinking but we have not been able to make any decisons yes
.2 Will you find out the sex? I don't want to but I think DH does. On our first we did not find out and I told him on the second he could decide if we will or will not. Knowing him, I think he wants to know so its only fair since I got my way with our first.
3. What are your favorite names and why? (If you feel like sharing). Alyssa (my daughters name) Courtney (but DH has said no for no good reason but I love) Sawyer- Just love it but DH again does not.

2. DH wants to find out the sex and I'm on the fence. I think I'll want to as time goes on.
3. We're planning on either Charles or Charlotte, after my dad who passed away four years ago. For middle names, none picked out for a boy and considering Helena or Lola for the girl, after DH's grandmothers. Any opinions welcome!

1. Do you have names picked out? Not at all. We have the list leftover from when we were trying to pick out a name for our DD so that will probably be our starting point.

Here are a few names that we like and will probably consider:
Girl: Theryn, Cora, Lissa and Maeve
Boy: Cruz and Dax (our boy name was short since we had a girl last time)
MH and I both like simple and unique names. The middle name will probably be after MH's side of the family. My DD's name is Ryla Diane with Diane being my mom's name.
