Jennifer--I was really impressed with you and your DH's financial responsibility/saving habits on that financial survey. You guys are on the ball and I am very envious of that.

Womancake--I appreciate that you will disagree with people not in a defensive or argumentative way, but truly with the attempt to gain/share information. I think that kind of attitude helps this board stay so civil and still talk about real issues.

Ohsaysay-- First of all, I always wanted to say that your screen name reminds me of the song "Maps" by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. And I love that song because I can NAIL it on Rock Band. Is that where it's from? Or something else?

Anyway, Ohsaysaysay, I wish I could remember a particular post you've written, but this girl is SHARP. I know you've made several posts where I've thought, "Whoa. She is smart. She's got something to say and she knows what she's talking about." I really respect and admire intelligent people and I can tell you are a smartypants.

Thanks! It's tough sometimes because there are a lot more "fun" things I would like to spend that money on, but we're trying to be responsible Knowing that we're saving relieves some of the stress I feel about our big student loans from law school haha.

I'll admit it, even though I use signatures to figure out who is saying what on threads, I have a hard time associating it with screennames and remembering those. It goes along with my weakness at remembering peoples names.

MrsMVM---I love this girl! You are always incredibly nice, and not in a fake, ingenuine way. You are just a truly caring person and always have something positive to say. You were the kind of girl in high school that was always upbeat EVERY morning during first period and sometimes I wanted to punch that girl in the face cuz she was so dam* chipper, but dammit she's so NICE you can't punch the nice girl! You are the nice, positive, upbeat sunshine and you never let up. Kudos.

Pina, I love that you don't take any crap from anyone, but you do it in a way that's not bitchy. I often find myself backtracking or getting wishy washy because I care too much what other people think of me, but I really admire your confidence. And you really seem to have a sense of balance with the board--you can be totally irked by something someone on here said, without seeming to change your opinion of her as a whole person. That's something I wish I was better at.

See that's the best thing, you *think* you are coming across as judgmental but you aren't because you are so conscious of everyone having the right to do things their own way. At least that's how I see it.

Aaaah! I just had a big long reply and my computer went fritzy.

So, my DH will always give the side-eye to anyone who says I'm happy and nice and positive. BIL used to always say that and he was like, "Well, not always." But I do try. Life is a gift, and when good things happen, I'm reminded of that. Like this board- you guys quite honestly just fell into my computer and my life, and made this special time in my life even more wonderful. I love you guys.

Pina- you always always always say what I am thinking, and you are never mean about it- but you never kiss azz either. And, I love your smile in EVERY bump pic. You are just loving that bump, and it's contagious.

Veronicafvr- if and when I have a baby girl, I want her to be like you. Not only are you so pretty that you honestly take my breath away, but you are so so sweet. You're like a people magnet. I love that.

I also want to shout out lmjt. She's just my girl. Adore.

And mollybloom- you are so smart and so nice. I love the point of views that you bring into things. And your questions are so insightful.
