Is anyone else having a hard time getting back into a workout routine?? I have about 10-15 lbs left and can't seem to get motivated to lose it. I gained 50-60 lbs with my pregnancy (yeah--huge!) and am happy to get back within a reasonable weight. I keep thinking "I just had a baby", but really that was almost 5 months ago so I need to just suck it up and get off my butt! I get depressed looking at the health & exercise posts.

I'm doing good on walking & I started jogging again, but I am having trouble with cutting back on eating. I feel like bf-ing makes me SO HUNGRY.
I'm with you too. I gained about 50 lbs and I lost all but about 10-12 lbs so I'm still up a pants size. When I was out on mat leave I was able to get out and walk and push the stroller most days so that really helped. Now that I'm back at work I find it's a lot harder. I pump at work too, so I can't use my lunch break for exercise. It's either stay up late or get up early and right now thinking about that is killing me.
I did look at some of the netflix instant play workout dvds. There's a pilates one that I put in my instant queue. Now if I would just dedicate the time to actually try it out.

I used to run but I have a really hard time now not peeing my pants. It sucks. I'm thinking about buying those really horrible incontinence pads but sooooo embarassing!
