I'm not surprized. When we were picking names I had a few rules. Any name on the top 20 list was out. Any name of a former student was out. Any name with made up spellings was out.

Lol well I guess I'd rather my kid have a 'boring' name than a weird and wacky one. I see my nephew's name also made the list, and I have to admit that I'm not a fan of his name. I'm a terrible, terrible aunt
I think it is classic. If you had named your child Mike-Al to make the name more original I would have an issue

DS's name kinda made the list. Jackson, but I spell it Jaxon. Sometimes I regret spelling it the way that I did. I really wanted his middle name to be Daniel after my great uncle, but I didnt want people to call him Jack Daniels. Thats why I changed the spelling.
Phew, glad my sons name isn't on the list. DHs best friends wife is pregnant and I asked her last night what names they were thinking. She said for a boy she wanted jayden and for a girl, Bella. Her reasons? She loves Britney spears (her sons name is jayden) and she loves twilight.
She's definitely not the most mature 27 yer old I know.
i carry your heart with me(i carry it in my heart)

DH's middle name is addison and he usually goes by that name and he HATES how everyones turned it to a girl name. i love making fun of him for it though lol
pre pregnancy when we were thinking of baby names for fun we were going with maddison for a girl cause DH's middle name is addison and my middle name is may so together would be maddison. but that went out the window when every other baby girls name was madison. and, well, griffin turned out to be a boy anyway lol
glad DS's name isn't on there. It is popular these days. But still classic. In the same vein I'm surprised Michael is on there...it might be "boring" or popular but it's not trendy like all of the "-ayden" names.
Aww, I like the name Tristan. The only two Tristans I have known have both been little hotties. One IRL and the other Brad Pitt from Legends of the Fall.

My son is Jackson Daniel. I just really liked it and figured kids will be made fun of for their names for some reason or another, oh well. I had already decided on it before it was brought to my attention.

I have a friend her name is Jackie Daniels first and last name (not sure what her middle name is) and she loves to drink Jack Daniels so fitting. But she is a sweet lady and she loves her name.

I have a cousin with a baby named Tristan, and her brother's baby's name is McKenna. Glad L wasn't on there...
I actually like about half the names on there... their only flaw is that they are overused.
