How many weeks along for shower?

Hi ladies,

Just wondering how many weeks you all will be when you have your baby shower(s)?  I'm having 2 showers apparently, and both hosts have come to me and asked what date I would like it to be....I have no clue when is too early/too late, etc?  Is around 30 weeks too early for one of them?  I'm the first in my circle to have a LO so I'm clueless here :)  Thanks!

    I will be 32 weeks when I have my shower.  I think having one around 30 weeks is just fine.

    well, mine is being planned, but I believe I will be about 33 or 34 weeks along.  So it goes during the summer with DH and I and friends/family being so busy.  I am having one very big shower. 

    Thankfully I have great friends and my mom nearby to help me get things situated right after the shower...and of course DH!

    Usually within a month to a month in a half before due date but I am aiming mine towards late August for several reasons. I'll be around 34 wks.

    My date was pretty much chosen for me, since I'll be on the east coast (where my family/ most friends are) for a wedding. It's in July and I'll be ~31 weeks. I actually think that will work out well, timing wise. It's not too early, but since we will probably register for a lot of nursery-related items, it'll give us time to set up the nursery before the baby arrives.

    I'll be 28 and 31 weeks, but we have a lot of family stuff going on this summer to plan around, so mine are a little on the early side.

    I'll be between 30 and 31 weeks for my shower.  We were actually shooting for 28 weeks but had to move it back due to some other conflicts.
    TTC #1 for 4 years with every trick in the book. IVF in October 2010= BFN

    I'll be 30 weeks and 33 weeks for mine.  The third is apparently a surprise (I'm not supposed to know my bff is throwing one, but she's been asking DH questions, and he tells me everything), and I'm guessing it will be after my 33-week shower.
