I'm just lurking here since I'll have 3 under 26 months, but had to jump in that I had the Peg Perego Aria twin with my twins and hated it. It was terrible to steer and just felt flimsy. I sold it as fast as possible.
Our favorite double stroller has been the City Mini. I can steer it one handed with both toddlers in it still. Also, hear great things about the City Micro.
We have the Aria twin, but it's not our main stroller (we have a BJ City Select and love it). We use this stroller when we are at amusement parks, and other places that are flat and outside. I like the stroller, it's really light, the steering is fine, but if you have two 45 kids in it I will say it's a bit harder to push (but what isn't harder to push with 90 pounds in it!). A tandem stroller fits our lifestyle better so that is why we don't use this stroller much.
