Do you still do skin to skin contact with your baby? I haven't done it since our hospital stay

bad mommy. So my little porker and her new tiny rolls are now naked on me while nursing.

Sometimes it is just easier to get naked than fight the shirt, the nursing bra etc. So yep we end up skin to skin more for convenience sake.

If I'm home alone I just take off my shirt and that half of the bra. It's just easier. She also enjoys nursing in just a diaper.

DS has decided that he wants to sleep in bed with me at night instead of in his PNP, so I go topless and lay him next to me so he can grab a boob whenever he gets hungry - he prefers to be shirtless as well so I wrap the blanket around us both when he's eating. He definitely seems to still love skin to skin!

Most times I tend to just walk around topless at home (hopefully the neighbors aren't watching!) ready to feed whenever! It's much easier than dealing with my shirt, my bra, and then having to put on my nipple shield. Leah gets tons of skin to skin.

How do you not wake up in a pool of milk? We're swimming in it if I don't sleep with a bra. We spent a day going skin to skin when had a clogged duct and DS loved it. I agree with the pp thatsaid it's easier to go topless instead of wrestling with clothes.

My BM supply is crap

so I don't have leaking issues. But on the rare occasion I do leak, I keep a burp cloth close by to hold over the one drippy nippy.

yep, LO usually just has a diaper on, and i am topless most of the time- we sleep together this way, and most leaking issues are at night when she goes a little longer between feedings - at least we have a mattress protector!

I can't even imagine going topless! If my nip slips 1/4 inch off center of my breast pad my shirt gets wet. Wet wet. I leak milk down my arm when I pull my boob out to feed her and I'm not engorged. Even when I feel empty and floppy-boobed I leak this way. At least I know Flora isn't going hungry, lol.
