Today was not a good day

Actually, most of today was a good day. I had fun at work--got to teach the preschool cooking class today, which I always like. I came home, read a book, made dinner and watched tv with DH. That's where it got me. We watched tonight's episode of Gray's Anatomy. If you're not watching or haven't seen it yet (i won't spoil it) but they have a preemie baby storyline right now. I actually didn't cry through the episode. But after, I was cleaning up and DH joked that he didn't know where all the dishes in his office come from. Maybe they have babies when he leaves. And that's where I broke. I told him that there was no one having babies in this house. And then I cried.

Most of the time I'm okay. Tonight was not one of those times.

Hugs to you. When I had my first miscarriage, I didn't know how I was supposed to feel. Either people don't talk about it or they say things like "don't worry, you'll get pregnant again." That wasn't helpful for me. It's ok to feel however you feel. Everyone has a different experience, but do know that it's ok to grieve. Take whatever time you need to do it and get support from your DH.

I'm so sorry M (((big, big hugs))) Isn't it incredible how stupid men can be sometimes. I hope that tomorrow is a better day, and that DH comes up with a great treat for you to enjoy as he digs himself out of the hole.
