"Wishful thinking" dream

So last night I dreamt that I went to my first appt (which is scheduled for 5/13 IRL) and they did an u/s and found that I was 7months instead of 9w; and that I never really had a miscarriage and that my baby was healthy and we'd be having our june baby after all. 

Ughs. . . I woke up bawling when I knew it wasn't true.
