So we introduced sippy cups way back at 8 months. Joey caught on pretty quickly and does great with both the sippy and straw cups. Henry on the other hand, not so much. I swear, that kid is going to have to take his bottles to college with him. ![]()
It's not so much that he refuses the sippy or the straw, but he just cannot successfully drink from them. Everything just dribbles right out of his mouth and all over his clothes. The only way I can kinda get him to drink out of a straw is to let him only take one sip at a time and then pull the straw out of his mouth right away.
Any advice on how I can get him to drink out of a sippy cup? I feel like he's not getting very many fluids b/c I don't really give him water or juice in a bottle, just milk.
TIA!
