Hi ladies-I'm 39w4d and I just lost a huge piece of brown MP-yay! Does anyone know exactly how big the whole plug is? I'm wondering if the whole thing came out or just a big chunk. So I was 2 cm and 70 effaced on Tuesday, I wonder if maybe I'm dilating more now since the MP is falling out and I've been having lots of cramps? Fingers crossed!

Congrats on your progress! I'm not sure about the actuall size, but I lost at least a tablespoon or more today. Labor dust to us!

I lost my MP over the past three days and I am still dilated and effaced the same as I was before I lost my MP
