Would you mind explaining why? I see there's a substantial number of people who voted that way, but I didn't see any responses explaining that in the comments.

I have no desire to argue; I'm genuinely curious. Is this on the level of clown-type phobias? Or like Toddlers in Tiaras? I just don't get it.

OMG. He is ADORABLE! I love him.

I didn't even read the UO today, so no judging from me! I was popping in here to see what all the fuss was about. Seems like a really random thing to get creeped out over!

I read the first 7 pages or so of the UO, but I never saw a sailor suit UO. But there was a clicky, and 18.4% of 125 respondents said they are creepy. That's 23 people. And not one explanation! Maybe they are so creeped out they can't even open a post about sailor outfits...

I'm going to take a guess that no one thinks they are "creepy." they just don't love them, (which was the first option) or think they are cute but NMS (third option)

Personally, I'm not a fan. But I voted cute but NMS because I felt creepy was a little harsh.

Are we talking about sailor outfits on babies? I don't think they're creepy at all. They're cute!

Thanks for replying. I would think "cute but NMS" would be the general response other than saying they're adorable. I do think "creepy" suggests an extreme reaction -- that's why I'm wondering if they really think they're creepy.
